Hallo Zusammen!
Habe eine Frage zu obengennater Serie, ich bestellte mir Vol1 1936-1940 wegen Shine und Our Love nun möchte ich gerne wissen was gibt es denn auf den anderen CD´s dieser Serie für Material das essentiell wäre.
Tracklisting wäre auch toll wenn es einer hat.Ich bedanke mich bereits im voraus für eure Mühe und warte sehnsüchting auf eure Antworten.

Hallo Manfred,

bislang sind 10 CDs von Sinatra in der Masters-Of-Jazz-Serie erschienen. Sie enthalten in chronologischer Reihenfolge alle Studioaufnahmen Sinatras mit Harry James und Tommy Dorsey (einschließlich alternate takes) und dazu eine ganze Reihe von Live-Tracks mit Dorsey aus diveresen Konzerten und Radioauftritten 1940-42.

Hast Du die Columbia-CD mit den kompletten Sinatra-James-Aufnahmen und die 5-CD-Box von RCA mit den kompletten Sinatra-Dorsey-Aufnahmen schon? Falls ja, "benötigst" Du nicht mehr alle Vols der Masters-Of-Jazz-Serie.

Hallo !!
Zunächst recht Herzlichen Dank für dieses super Service.Also die gennanten cd`s mit Jamis und Dorsey habe ich alle.Also welche Volumes würden zum bestellen noch übrig bleiben?Bestellt hab ich das ganze bei einem von mir erst zufällig endeckten CD/Jazz Fachgeschäft in Wien ( red Octopus) hat auch eine Internetseite, den Link weiss ich momentan nicht.Die haben mir ohne Probleme das 3 CD Set Capitol Years aus den USA besorgt und das um 40 Euro und das finde ich recht günstig.Und wenn irgendetwas verfügbar ist besorgen die alles,habe noch einige Sammy Cd´s bestellt und warte der Dind die da kommen werden.das einzige was nicht besorgen können sind diese Artanis Sachen aber was solls.

Nette Seite. Guter Tip, auch wenn von Sinatra leider nur die bekannten Sachen zu finden sind. Sensationen habe ich jedenfalls keine entdeckt.
